I was born and raised in Hungary, in a small town close to the Austrian border. I began learning languages early, starting with German, then English and French at the age of 15.

At school, I thrived on mathematics, languages and subjects that involved numbers and logical thinking. My first bachelor’s degree is in economics with major in accounting. After graduating with distinction, I started my corporate career. A few years later, I completed an MBA in finance and obtained my chartered accountant certification.

In 2006, I moved to England for a promotion through my corporate employer. Embracing the challenge, I returned to school to complete my chartered accountant qualifications, this time in England.

After living in England for 2 years, I moved to New Zealand and began my adventure in the southern hemisphere. I enjoyed 2 wonderful years in New Zealand before moving to Australia.

Australia - only a short flight across the Tasman Sea - was calling in 2010. My qualifications paved the way for permanent residency, and I moved to Australia in 2010. I purchased my first apartment in Docklands and remain a proud Docklands citizen advocating for Melbourne's inner city suburbs for the lifestyle these suburbs offer.

I was not familiar with the Australian legislative system, as it was very different from what I had learnt and seen in Europe. I resumed my studies to gain understanding of the Australian taxation law, and subsequently achieved my CPA Australia chartered accountant certification in 2015.

My career in accounting and finance spans over 20 years. I began in junior roles, advancing to managerial positions, and ultimately becoming a Chief Financial Officer. Over the years, I have worked for start-up companies, medium sized family-owned businesses as well as large corporates.

Along the journey, I have learnt the value of human relationships, the importance of priorities and how to say “I have a different view”.

I enjoy listening to 80's music, keeping fit, travelling, and occasionally splurging on luxury handbags.

As a corporate professional, earning well, I started property investment about 10 years ago for tax planning purposes. After attending various real estate seminars and courses, I found that successful real estate investments are closely linked to smart legal, accounting, financing and tax choices. To succeed in Australian real estate, one must grasp these disciplines or have access to knowledgeable professionals who can break it down and explain it all in simple English.

After studying for 2 years, I completed my certifications in real estate in 2025. I’m now a licenced real estate professional as well as a chartered accountant and tax advisor.

I now hold a balanced portfolio of property investments that include real estate in inner city Melbourne, the western suburbs of Melbourne and overseas locations.

After completing my certification and obtaining a licence in real estate, I founded my boutique Buyer’s agency in Docklands, in the city of Melbourne. My agency assists clients finding and securing family homes, investment properties, and commercial real estate in the inner-city suburbs of Melbourne focusing on Docklands, Port Melbourne, North Melbourne, West Melbourne, Kensington, Ascot Vale, Flemington, Parkville, Carlton, East Melbourne, South Yarra, Southbank, South Wharf and Melbourne CBD.

My goal is to help clients find their dream properties that are wise investments from legal, accounting, financing and taxation perspectives.
